Can NEVER go wrong with learning a trade.[/q
Those are always good choices. I'm looking at it from the perspective that it's a field that will never run out of opportunity, so you will always be able to find a job, not to mention that it's experience/certification that carries across America. I prefer an engineering certification, or electrican. The older we get, the more we become reliant on machines/technology, and they will always need electricity, that's literally golden field to get into imo. I'm into engineering, I saved up $700 and took the class and I'm good, never even went to a real college.

That's what im talking about!..Chill making it happen :obama:

Man he's only going to come up with an excuse or make a smart ass comment...he has never had the will or backbone to do real work..that's why he quits every fukking thing...running a business is too much work for him

yeah But hey he can take it and run with it or just ignore it :manny:

if he learns a trade or skill he can easily start his own business.

The 60s? I did this in 2001...Im only 28; and I'm done after this, but you would just attempt to try at some of the things me and Theraflu and others have suggested, then maybe shyt will change...until then, don't make anymore self-pity threads

Exactly, I wouldn't even give a fukk if this dude didn't have a new thread every day boasting about how much he drinks or how shytty his life is going. Dude makes these type of threads then gets surprised when people call him out on it :stopitslime:

See what I mean...:snoop:

What you stupid fukk? I actually live in the UK and I've never heard the term trade school before. If I walked up to my mom right now and asked her what a trade school was she wouldn't know. Because we don't know what that is in the uk. There's no such thing in our world.

heres the thing tho, I did real bad on my first year of college and took this semester off

will I still be able to get a trade or certficate?

You should, I don't really even have a college record. They shouldn't stop you from being able to take the class if you're willing to pay for it and pass the aptitude exam that is required to enroll in it. That's what I had to do to become eligible for it.

So you don't know anyone who did an apprenticeship ?

Yes but how is that a trade school? You actually have to know people to get an apprentice. I've never heard of people going to trade school ever. If you can show me where a trade school is that would be great. Because I've never heard of one.

You're not being truthful. Every black person in the UK (I also grew up there) knows that vocational schools exist, where do you think all these carpenters, carpet people, flooring, electrician, plumbers go and learn their trade ? @DaRealness is also from the UK and can confirm you can do a traineeship or apprenticeship to become a plumber you don't need to know someone, they are normal schools just like colleges and universities.

They're equivalent to a GCSE and you don't need a GCSE for them. They're called a 'Technical certificate'

Here is a page detailing information about it in the UK http://www.aylesbury.ac.uk/apprenticeships/how-apprenticeships-work/

And no you don't need to know someone don't know where you got that from :rudy:

Alot of black boys join them :comeon:

No more excuses :duck:

Type your area and the trade you want to learn and you will find free courses as you are under 21 :beli:

Yes but you have to go through the local colleges because that's where the courses are done. And I can't get in to my local college.
