I don’t think any traditional cuisines from any culture are going to consistently present a good balanced meal with 30g protein “by accident”. Maybe one or two plates but generally nah.
Sources of protein were simply too expensive for most of human history.
On the other hand you can take almost any cuisines dish, including the ones depicted, and change the quantity of each component to make it a “balanced meal”.
Throughout history protein was both too expensive and science had not yet fully realized its importance for cuisines to be properly balanced according to modern science.
Some exceptions might be certain cultures, for instance Asian steppe cultures, that have exclusively protein diets but lack fibers and greens and I’m not sure if those diets are better if at all.
