Every position is important but CB has been over-valued. When I say limited I don't mean it has little value, it's value has just been far too over-exaggerated recently.
No way in hell should any CB be making $12m. And you're just a complete shyt franchise if you pays one corner $12m and the other one $9m.

So trade the $9 mil one since he's not as good yet might get you similar value.
Everyone on that list is better than Sanchez. Rivers and Romo have Superbowl potential, but all that matters is making it to the playoffs and going from there. If QB was a guaranteed factor in teams in the superbowl it'd be the Packers against the Pats.
Giving up Romo gives Jerry an automatic reset button on all of the Cowboy fans frustration/vitriol. I don't think it's an impossible thing PLUS I'd think you'd get Romo before a team gives up two first rounders.
Please i`ve seen Revis plenty, you're just another one of them Jets stans who thinks Revis is the God of football.
The Jets still got torched by teams by just going away from Revis. Sure he locked down his one man, and then the TE's killed you guys week in and week out.
You don't pay a CB $12 million
The trade value aint the same.
Like I said, look at this season. Your offense was much worse than last year, and you had no Revis and you there was a 2 game differential.
It's not like the wheels fell off the wagon when Revis went away

thats retarded. not one position is more important than other in football. especially on defense.
you name one position that you think is vital for making it to superbowl, Ill give you a guy who is mediocre or just above average who made it.
best LB, best CB, best DE, best FS, best SS, best DT in the league are all worth top money
Romo could ultimately be false hope...but its tough to walk away from a guy that's shown he can be a legit passer in this league..especially with no one behind him.

That's the thing. If we're gonna be as bad as I know we can be, Romo or Rivers would impeded our search for a franchise QB. As much as I hate Fez, he's our biggest asset towards getting one in 2014.
They`re all worth top money, but top money shouldb't be $12m for a CB.
There is obvious values to each position, and I don't feel like CB is as valuable as it began to be.
Especially when you put as much money into CB as the Jets have

You're still not getting it. This is NOT a 6 win team next year even with cuts and new blood. They're gonna lose. A LOT. So much that we might be that team that picks in the top 3 next year. They're gonna get worse before it gets better. This team hasn't hit rock bottom yet.

And whoever said Falcons would be wise to look, I agree. They have shown they will do whatever it takes to make it to the SB. I'm sure their GM only has another season or 2 before Home Depot blows up the existing front office and coaching staff.
A few other teams I could see enter the Revis Island Sweepstakes are Washington, NYG and Tampa Bay
He will definitely command a 1st and 2nd round pick... but it will probably take a conditional 1st or 2nd sweetener on top of the 1st and 2nd.

The defense with revis and Landry
( giants fan by the way ) and with CRo stepping up and Wilson as nickel is a good look. Idk why jets fans would jua want to step back completely and become a high draft pick team. Plus If coples and Wilkerson improve even more you can stay in games .

I can see 8-9 wins on there . Not with Sanchez and those weapons 
why can't the jets just idk ....draft competently . These niccas waste picks on gholston , Sanchez
