I've found this happening a lot lately where people want to hang out, but it's on days that I plan to hit the gym ... this was never a problem when I was going at 5:30 in the morning (and make no mistake, I'm not going back to that
), but now that I go in the evenings, I'll always tell people that I'll see how I feel after I work out. And I'm strict too - if I don't hang out, so be it, but I never miss a work out.
