Social life vs working out

I see what y’all are saying and my optimal time for working out is before work arouns 5-5:30, only problem is that if I go out the night before it’s no way that I’m making it to the gym that early

The weights never let me down....people often do.

There's usually 1-2 days every 2 weeks that working out just ain't working out. Like I'll still workout for 30-40 mins. But I'm in a bad mood and I don't snap out of it and have a good time. I usually know cause like 20 mins in my minds not right, I'm pissed off about whatever and I'm just dragging through the workout.

On days when I'm on, I don't mind throwing extra reps or sets but on these days I just stop, shower, and go the fukk to bed.
