And I agree about the need for a "service industry" being there for the elite...But most of the workers wont be able to afford to live where they work...

Its like in D.C. where I live... A lot of the people that grew up here can't afford to live there anymore.. So they get jobs as cooks, janitors and c.o.'s in the city but bus in from Virginia and Maryland 30 miles away every day...I guess thats what Jersey and Connecticut is to NYC but like Northern Va and Maryland even those areas are too expensive for decent quality of life for the working class..

Those union jobs arent gonna do sh1t... Because they wont be able to hire people from the community that can afford to actually STAY there...
