Not really talking about the blowouts, themselves, I'm talking about all the the top-2 seeded teams from both conferences have been already knocked out (Houston), down 1-2 (Boston), struggling to draw their series even at 2-2 (OKC) or about to go down 1-3 (Cleveland).
I can't remember a postseason like this where all the top-4 teams are struggling to keep their head above the surface.
Yeah I was thinking about this. Ultimately, outside of Boston, these teams that are struggling / losing are new or unproven as favorites. Houston, OKC, Cleveland don't have stars that have really been there before. NBA champions seem to always have them or have players that will get there. With Lebron, Irving, Giannis, Durant, Luka, etc all eliminated (and with Warriors likely gone without Curry) it's gonna be more wide open.
Indy is interesting because few projected they make this leap, but I could easily see them beating the winner of Celtics/Knicks right now
