I doubt thats true actually. Brock has drawn more gate and ppv than orton im sure.

Take emotion out of it.

If you were to add up ppv and gate can you rationally say i am wrong??
I have no emotion in this, You don't believe what you're saying to be true

You're giving Jericho credit for drawing on the undercard of shows featuring Austin, Rock, Taker, HBK, Wrestlemania, etc.

If that's the case then the same logic can be applied for Orton being a bigger draw in Pro Wrestling than Goldberg & Lesnar since he's "drawn more money" for longer than them right?

YAll definitely letting fandom get to you

Jericho goes to raw, bret goes to nitro

What happened to those shows?

Bret is the WCW CHAMPION at the end of 99
Jericho is a guy with a microphone

Who is hotter? Drop FACTS
In Jericho's own book, he admits that after his big debut he was floundering/flopping for months. There's a fact for you

Bret was doing numbers for WWF in Europe in the 90s. I know this is a troll thread. Why don't you tweet Jericho or Meltzer and ask them if Jericho can be considered a bigger draw than Bret
This is not a troll thread because i dont troll nor did i make the thread. I said jericho is the goat canadian draw. He has drawn more money than bret hart. I am blown away you all could disagree

Jericho has been a mid card or top billing guy in a #1 company with no more than a year off since 1996
Bret was the mid card or top billing guy for #1 company from 88-95 after that, when he got pushed what happened to business?

You are confusing some things

Most popular = goat draw
The guy i like = most goat draw
The person who in their prime that would be more popular during certain situations = goat draw
The person who drew the most money = goat draw

Chris jericho = goat canadian draw

@stro What you think meltz? :jbhmm:
I know you're looking for backup and consensus but if you apply logic to the argument im just right....

Jericho has been on more cards and has been in the upper mid or the top of way more cards than bret. The why doesnt even matter, i just said he drew the most money and thus is the goat canadian draw

I dont even like Hulk Hogan as a wrestler or a person and I can say that he drew more money than Bret and Jericho combined. How many PPV's has Jericho headlined? How many buys did they do? How many live event tours can you say he was the headliner for? How many tickets did they sell? Run the numbers for him and Bret if you're so confident.

I'm a huge Bret fan but just looking at things objectively it has to be Jericho... At this stage in his career (sadly :sadcam:) Bret was already a nostalgia act. Jericho is still making new stuff catch on, can still go in the ring, still putting talent over, and is fresh. Bret wasn't innovating this late in his career like Jericho was.

Bret was a tag draw late 80s, a FANTASTIC upper mid card from early 90s to 93 ish, a great top guy from 93 to 97 and dropped off after that. You'd have to give Bret's run (and this would be a stretch) a decade at the "top". Jericho has been hot in WWE since 1999 with stints of off time. Gotta give it to JeriGoat

I like bret way more than Jericho but the argument against y2j is nonsense
