I agree with you OP, BUT there are some situations where a female says you raped her even if you didn't have sex with her.

That's why you're right about avoiding drunk women and weird situations in general.

And no always means no. Even if she says it playfully. It's not worth the risk unless you know her like that.

My problem is with the "under duress" claims. It's tricky because you can't read her mind. Apparently, she can just say that she was too scared to say no.

I played basketball and I'm trying to think of basketball dudes running training like the Football dudes did and I can't think of one. I don't think saying "No" is even the biggest issue. I mean even if you read the Celebrity cases, much less the regular breh situations. The chicks aren't even claiming to have said no.
