On Compton album:
“shyt was wack. I love Dre to death but it was wack,” Stat told Trent Clark, Justin Hunte, Jake Rohn and Marcel Williams. “This how this shyt work is how music goes, this is how you know your shyt [is] good. 2-3 months after it come out.” He continued, “It’s not that it wasn’t put together quality wise, it’s not that it wasn’t quality beats and shyt like that, it just didn’t capture the attention of the world. The only reason it got where it was was because the movie was so phenomenal. And that’s no diss. People think if you don’t like something you’re dissing it. I love Dre. He’s my everything. I helped him [with the project] but that don’t mean it’s the shyt just cause I helped, you know what I’m saying, WE fukked up!”
I wish slaughterhouse had said no.
that 2nd album was absolute basura and it's 100% Eminem fault.
Can't blame Stat for not wanting to be that corny.
Stat has released like 3 albums now.Really tho...
....but he shoulda bit the bullet... at least early on... don't blackball ya'self before ya first LP.
Stat shyt is solid. His voice deserved to be heard on an LP.
Still spin his mixtape shyt from time to time
and to ol' sensitive ho' a$$ Em for not lettin' the homie shine.
y'all do realize interscope forces eminem to do this shyt too, why do you think he did a complete 180 after relapse which flopped compared to eminem other album....

They're pretty Damm good.
That No Panty album might be something though with joell and that sexy ass Nitty Scott. Bodega Bamz seems like he got bars too.that was a money grab for all of them
Nah they were actual albums.thought they were mixtapes...
Nah they were actual albums.
He has a bunch of mixtape too.
But great depression, statlanta and 1 other were sold as albums.
Remember that freestyle from circa 2005, it's him and Dre, and Dre is acting like a creep 'ahhhhh stat' similar to 'Nas Is Coming', it's like 10 minutes long....My homies used to play that all the time, it used to fade in and out, as I drank straight 151 or hennesey, it's like it was neverending....I'd pass out, wake up, in this girls bed and that freestyle would be playing again, like some kind of haunting chant. I found it years later, but somehow it never sounds the same.
Yeah, I think that album killed them somewhat as a group, it was so terrible embarrassing, first album was dope too..,I wish slaughterhouse had said no.
