I guarantee if his skin were darker at least half the hate would be goneSlowly becoming convinced that the Warriors hate has nothing to do with basketball.
curry stil got off 12 3's tonight
Let me guess. The people on here dislike the Warriors bc Steph is lightskint huh?Slowly becoming convinced that the Warriors hate has nothing to do with basketball.
0-6 in the 1st half, 1-6 in the 2nd half, with one coming at the buzzer (I.E. meaningless). But let's not let facts get in the way. Most of those were in the 4th and he missed EVERY one of them.
def cuz he light skinLet me guess. The people on here dislike the Warriors bc Steph is lightskint huh?
Is it possible that they don't appreciate Steph being compared to Jordan after a season and a half of good play?
Is that possible at all? Or is it just because he's lightskint?
It WILL happen 4 times in a 7 game series if you are committed to pressuring him for a full 48 like the Spurs were last night0-6 in the 1st half, 1-6 in the 2nd half, with one coming at the buzzer (I.E. meaningless). But let's not let facts get in the way.
Whole idea of this thread is absurd, as if we didn't just watch him take OKC's souls a couple weeks back. Like he hasn't been playing NBA Jam on the rest of the league all season long. Good LORD I hate the "hot take" mentality that most ppl seem to have. Wanna know how to stop Steph? Yeah, we just saw it: HOPE HE'S OFF. Yes, the Spurs defense made him WORK, but let's not pretend we haven't seen him routinely drill those shots before. Like dude above said: he was off. shyt happens, and it's gonna happen again at some point. Problem is (for everyone else), it won't happen 4 times in 7 games.
I will say this: if we don't get GS/SA in the Playoffs, I'm gonna be extremely disappointed. I still don't see anyone beating them, but SA could make it a longer series (6 at most, IMO) than anyone else.

Curry missed his share of shots no doubt, but Green & Thompson were 2 of 12 from beyond. There three best players combined for 3 of 24 from beyond, I do not see that happening in a 7 game series. There is also this thing called making ADJUSTMENTS. I do recall Matthew Delladonna being labeled a Curry stopper, GS still won the title. SA has beaten LeBron James arguable the greatest player in history twice in the finals, some would say three times. Lets not overreact to one game.It WILL happen 4 times in a 7 game series if you are committed to pressuring him for a full 48 like the Spurs were last night
It's amazing that people on here buy into this idea where they believe Steph is some extraterrestrial from another galaxy that isn't affected by tight aggressive defense. Where do y'all get this shyt from?
Kobe is known for his ability to take and make tough shots but he's also in the record books for having the most missed field goals in NBA history. Why? Because those shots are too difficult to make on a consistent basis and you WILL miss more of them than you make. You may make a few but the misses will outnumber the makes guaranteed. And as talented as Steph is, he's no Kobe Bryant...
Steph was not just off. The Spurs made him have an off night. Simple as that. And any other fan can do it too if they stick to the gameplan. Santa Claus isn't real breh
Draymond Green is a 32% career 3 point shooter. Josh Smith is a 31% career 3 point shooter. So it's safe to say that Draymond is a non factor from behind the lineCurry missed his share of shots no doubt, but Green & Thompson were 2 of 12 from beyond.
