When you shove anything in people's faces long enough there's gonna come a time when they get annoyed with it. The media is a big reason why Steph gets the hate he does. He has less than 5 years of being an elite player and yet they wanna crown him over legends who sustained that elite play for over 10+ years.

Steph didn't come into the league with that hype. All the hype he's gotten is well deserved. The league has to market its best player and right now he is that. You're talking like he's on Kia commercials every 15 mins like Blake was. The man is a champion and is having the best season in NBA history. He's under-hyped if anything.

Efficiency - If we are talking about PER, he may or may not have that at the end of the year, but considering blocks and steals weren't a recorded stat way back when, Wilt's PER should be way higher than what it is.
