Well Damn

Must be two Finals

Can't be watching the same shyt

How can you even say that Curry is playing better than Klay Thompson?

I mean, Klay isn't exactly setting the world on fire

He had less than 20 points in 3 of the 5 games and in games 1 & 3 in particular he had 9 & 10 points respectively.

But the Coli likes Klay so he gets a pass for bad games while Steph has to drop 40 every night

Explain.

He showed up in Game 2 and Game 4 (if we're speaking about playing to his ability). Yes all-time greats have had similar Finals performances.

The Cavs defense is centered around stopping him. He's getting trapped and doubled as soon as he enters the halfcourt - he's making the right plays by getting the ball outta his hands so the Warriors can score 4 on 3. Would you rather him try to shoot or dribble outta those situations, rather than doing what's best for the offense? He's most certainly not been aggressive enough and has missed shots he usually makes, but he's not looking like a one trick pony at all.

The Thunder actually defended him better and he killed them over the last three games where they came up from 1-3 down.
Game 2 was blah. He was In foul trouble in the first half and the2nd half wasn't even a game.

Maybe I'm not paying enough attention by I thought the majority of the time he's being trapped out of the pick and roll. Can he not do anything without the pick and roll? Can he not get some clear outs and work a defender one on one when they need a bucket and klay long ass jumpers not falling.

Time to accept Curry's game doesn't work in the playoffs. He'd be Damian Lillard without the ATG supporting cast.

It's post like this that tells me people don't know how to watch the game. Nobody else in the entire NBA demands a trap pretty much anytime down court.

Do you not understand what that does to a defense and by product an offense?:what:

What the fukk do you mean it was "blah"? He showed up and he was one of the main reasons why the GS built that big lead.
Maybe I'm not paying enough attention by I thought the majority of the time he's being trapped out of the pick and roll.
Yes when he has the ball. I mean when the pick comes above the arc and he's getting trapped - what do you think is the best option for him to take? Throw up a wild shot over two players well behind the arc or pass to an open man?
Can he not do anything without the pick and roll?
Of course he can, but even when there's no pick he still gets doubled and trapped; forcing him to move the ball. A large part of the Warriors offense is all its moving parts - in order to get the best shot possible - it's not going to be him going ISO over and over. Or dominating the ball when they have him play off of it to open up the floor for the rest of the team.
Can he not get some clear outs and work a defender one on one when they need a bucket and klay long ass jumpers not falling.
:francis:

As soon as he starts hitting them (like we've seen in this series), the Cavs go back to overplaying him to get the ball outta his hands. It's the byproduct of being the best shooter that ever lived in the most advanced defensive era.

So this is the dude that's supposed to be the best in the game?

He wasn't the best player last year's finals

He wasn't the best player in the series in OKC

He hasn't been the best player in this year's finals.

He might be the best shooter, but people should leave it at that.

All this projecting and hyping this dude is making his performances look pretty ordinary are in the biggest games.

It's easy to dominate in the regular season, when you play inferior teams the majority of the time.

How can he be unanimous MVP when he never even guards the best players at his position.

Never remember seeing other all time legends get dominated on a routine basis without at least firing back.

Kyrie been way better than Steph so far

Maybe Draymond is the real MVP of this team
