Also, historically speaking the 2 guard spot has always been fairly weak. The late 90s and early 00s with Vince, AI, Ray, Redd, Stackhouse, Tmac and Kobe were a real aberration and a result of guys wanting to be like Jordan.

This is true. A lot of folks came up on that era and thought it was the rule rather than the exception.

I think height is an issue as well. You look at two of the GOAT SGs in Dumars and West, they are both 6'3. That's right in line with Steph, Kyrie, Russ, Rose, Dame etc and we all know that those guys can go out there and score with the best of them. 30/40 years ago they might have been 2s but in today's league with all this length out there they are basically forced to be PGs.

I'm not trying to be funny and I know we were spoiled in the past but what do you mean when you say "elite"? I understand the "pure" part but what does "elite" mean?

I mean players that play at a dependably high level and have for a couple years. Also play both sides of the ball, i ahould have added jimmy in there but i havent been paying much attention to the bulls honestly.

Altho this is also my opinion so it can be challeneged in regards to who is "elite" right now.

Nah I feel you.. Elite just throws me into "What would a team look like with "elite player" being that guy... It's weird... But the position lacks so it's actually fair to call them elite... Elite tosses my minds to greats... I need to watch more DeMar during the season... Klay seems streaky but he showed something in the playoffs for real to me when Steph was down..... I love Jimmy but I'm done until the FO just blows the shyt up... Jimmy :wow: ... Gonna be sad to see him go for picks or some bullshyt then we lottery for the next 5 to 8 years:mjcry:

Lowkey both could be great solid 2nd or 3rd options... Felt like they should have blown it up when they were done with Rose and Noah.... They are and were being too stubborn and scary to blow it up and look like failures.. Should have happened that year people over blew D Rose comments about wanting to walk with his son when he got old... I don't hate or dislike his comments, I just hate that management let that shyt brew... Should have traded Taj when they had the chance... I love D Rose but he should have been gone when it was apparent they could win in the first round with Noah being the dude... Jimmy snatched that leader shyt and it was apparent to everybody except the FO.... D Rose should have brought a title to the city... FO fukked all that shyt... Put some pieces around D Rose smh... That D Rose, LUOL, Ben Gordon, NOAH, Kirk :mjcry:..... Fought the shyt outta Boston bytch ass

Wasnt going to last but them Bulls teams put up a goddamn fight:wow:

Edit: Tyrus Thomas
