That's what my doctor put me on. Stop drinking calories she said. Only be drinking water since beginning of the year. I've dropped about 15-20 lbs. This also included me eating more of 2000-2500 lbs calorie diet. The wife notices that I'm losing the gut. Pants fit looser. And I can get to the third hole of the belt (40" belt). Before it barely got to the first. I used to be oily around the nose too. Nasty shyt. That's been cut down significantly.

Also been eating at least one salad a day, be it lunch or dinner. Didn't even need to hit the gym. Although I was told to do some strength training by my doctor. Got to get off my lazy ass and do it
What the hell were you eating to be oily around the nose:scust:

I'm about to get on a quick diet myself before the :flabbynsick: kicks in. I'm almost 40 so that metabolism ain't like how it used to be. I remember the days when I could eat a monster sandwiche or fat pizza slices at 4 am and don't have to worry about nothing:obama: Those days are gone:mjcry:

Any advice on how to transition? Want to cleanse my body. It's been trough alot.
Transition to vegetarian wasn't hard from me as I really only ate chicken and turkey, and I stopped eating chicken altogether and as for turkey I didn't eat it often.

Being a vegan is harder though because a lot of things aren't vegan. Anyways, cook a vegan or vegetarian meal once or twice a week and slowly build it up until you are just

eating vegan and vegetarian foods. You might have cravings for meat and whatever else, but the really strong cravings I had were for cooked foods back when I just ate

fruits and vegetables raw for a week or so at a time.

Definitely use YouTube for recipes and easy vegetarian/vegan meals. There are a bunch of What I ate as a vegan/vegetarian videos on YouTube, so you can see what people ate for

breakfast, lunch, dinner and throughout the day as a snack.

Good luck!

Breh pretty much said don't eat meat or animal proteins or you're going to get cancer. :mjcry:

How da fukk am I gonna get these gains?

Bossmon, my island family eat all kinds of meat for years now. My grandmother is 95 years old and she been eating meat all her life (still do but once in a while). Same thing with my mother, aunts, and godmother. They're all in their mid 50's-60's now. The big difference is we clean our meat and prepare our food the right way. We grow our plants and fruits. We also feed our animals the right kind of nutrient food instead of poison. Now that we're in America, we usually get our source of fresh meat from a local butcher where he kills fresh animals (chicken, goat, pig) and clean the meat for us.

It's all about moderation and how you take care of your body. Just look at Lions and Gorillas. One eats meat while the other eats fruits/plants. We're all gonna die one day. But you can get your gains from certain veggies if you research about it.

Moderation is key. The problem is we tend to over endulge with junk food. Granted junk food is readily available and cheap for the masses but all the healthy and organic foods are very pricey. "Message" What we need to do is start treating sweets and junk foods as a delicacy.
It's fukked up. Food used to be natural. When growing up I never heard of organic bullshyt. Just another way to make more money. GREED=AMERIKKKA

Bruh this the same shyt I'm on plus I'm juicing (put that salad and frozen fruit and blend that shyt up) I'm cutting like crazy.

Bout to stunt hard in Vegas for this last manny fight

exercising will automatically curb what you eat

been doing P90x over the past 3-4 months. I don't even have the taste of alcohol or fatty goods much. I stopped exercising for like 3 days and for some reason my lust for pizza hit me and i had 3 slices yesterday lol. Came home exercised immediately

looking to purchase a vitamix so i can start doing the green smoothie "diet" (my magic bullet ain't cutting it anymore).

Lions typically lounge around all day , not moving

Gorillas are a bit more active (not much but they are heavy beasts as well).
