No need, depending on how things go we know where we are. We won one and came close without our two best players...I think we'll be fine if we stay healthy.

Murray being afraid to play the Warriors is a crazy take. What are you basing that on? I think it’s more him coming off a significant injury and having to go through that process of mentally being ready. Lots of players go through that. It was going to be risky to have him play his first game in the middle of the intensity of the playoffs. Worst case scenario is he would get hurt and be out for even more time. Also he wasn’t going to be the same Jamal Murray prior to the injury so not sure how much he was going to help. I think he and the Nuggets played it smart. Once I realized he wasn’t coming back in early March I tempered my expectations for a return this year. Hoping the best for next year. They’re a different team when he’s on the floor.

He’ll be an unrestricted free agent. He’s probably gone if someone else offers him more than the minimum, or a chance at a starting job.

boogie still has skill and he can shoot the 3 and rebound. And even better he's now unselfish dude had multiple dnp coaching decisions or just played a few minutes and never sulked or complain.

I mean the toronto raptors started khem birch :picard: for numerous games this year i'd take boogie over him any day

What’s Boogie’s contract like? We keeping him right?
I’d like to have Boogie back; I just wonder if he’ll get a better opportunity elsewhere. I don’t think he’s a starter anymore but some team might think he is and be willing to play him and pay him a little more. He clearly still has something left in the tank.

Yeah I think just jumping right into playoff intensity was too much after being out for a year. The team really did him a disservice by telling the media that he was cleared and he’ll come back whenever he wants to.

He tore his ACL vs the Warriors. That's the mental hurdle he probably was trying to get over. In a high pressure, high intensity playoff atmosphere can't really blame him. It's one thing to come back for a few games before the playoff starts, it's a completely different animal coming back in the playoffs against the team your knee got fukked

Agreed. I’m glad Jokic was telling him not to rush back if he’s not 100%. That’s what the team should have been saying too. Part of “clearing him” should include consideration how he’s feeling.
