Suicidal people are so selfish it’s disgusting

More justification. As long as they don’t have kids or a wife/husband… So parents, siblings, cousins, friends… fukk all them right? There’s an immeasurable amount of possibilities by living on, finding yourself, etc. Things you’re way too deep in a slump to even imagine. There’s only outcome with suicide. That shyt is final.

In some cases the person might have tried to seek help but those same family, siblings and friends didn't hear them out. Didn't care until after the permanent decision was made. While in some cases the person just can't be saved regardless of their support system. Every situation is different.

The point is you never know what someone is going through, can't call them weak or pathetic unless you can walk in their shoes. Sure there's possibilities things can get better, but they could also get worse too. shyt, maybe that's the breaking point that makes them call it quits

I'm not cool with the act but it would be crazy for me to say they should tough it out. Not everyone is built the same and I'm in no place to judge.

No, suicide is not considering the pain or mental state you’d put others thru. Y’all are talking as if that the only way and as if people aren’t/wouldn’t be willing to do what they can to prevent something like that.

I think those that feel that way get a little too used to people trying to appeal to their emotions and empathize. They need somebody to get on their ass. That survival instinct and self esteem kicks in. If you’re willing to push back on this kinda input then what’s stopping you from pushing back on your feelings to end it all?

Also, how would you prevent a suicidal person from feeling suicidal? I don't think glibly admonishing them with "yOu bEtTeR gEt oFf tHaT fukk shyt" would work.

Some of these people have severe depression and/or mental health problems that for them the solutions becomes killing themselves.

i met a dude at work whose brother killed himself also. He was schizo and some other shyt. Long story short the voices told him to off himself. It always told him to do it but he never got it right.

Even at my darkest moments, I never considered suicide. When I was broke and penniless, suffering from a shattered heart, or at a loss for my purpose in this world, not once did the possibility of ending my life cross my thoughts.

I’ll never understand the mindset that drives a person to kill themselves, and I hope I never do.

I also believe that committing suicide is the most selfish and cowardly way of ending your life.

People that does that do not be thinking of the long time grief that they will cause to their family and other loved ones.

I'm sorry that Regina King lost her son, but was he even thinking about what pain he would cause her before committing suicide?
