It dont need to be an origin story but who tf is Terrific and Hawk girl and why is their team on Earth. Its like we started with Avengers Age of Ultron
Mr. Terrific is a human. So, of course, he's on Earth.
Anyway, why does that matter? They're heroes and here to help. Not everything needs to be explained (at least not immediately).
It's just like reading a comic book. Some characters pop up with very little to no explanation and you just roll with it. It's not hard to grasp really

Anyway, like I said, not everything has to be explained immediately. There will be more exploration of the Justice Gang in later DCU projects. All you need to know right now is that they are superheroes that aided Superman.
