Yea I'll try some ashwaganda next, and I take fish oil pills,zinc/copper already. Zinc helps with hair growth and acne too, if yall looking for that.

I rock with the Ashwaghanda, I get all of my vitamins in gummie form.

I luv me a good gummy ⏸️ ⏸️ when done right but sometimes, companies will under dose gummies or they take shortcuts (and intentionally mislabel or use lower end shyt) cuz it's harder to cultivate certain strains of stuff into that form vs the raw powder that's put into capsules.

I like being my own guinea pig tho so I'm experimenting with these right now:

But for the most part, I've been starting to lean toward powders. Got my lil baby scale they use to weight baby whales wit & er'thing :troll:

A game changer for me was l-theanine and black coffee in the mornings. It basically gives me all of the coffees benefits and takes away the jitters:whoo:

Another for anxiety is L-Theanine.

I’m a non-responder to caffeine, but I heard that takes off the “jitters” you get from it.

I think it has a positive effect on my overall, again it’s subtle.
