thats a lot of hoping on your part, testing and masks cost money. they aint doing sh!t

Whose says that the company would be footing the bill for the testing? The company can make whatever rules they want and OSHA has already said that they would back them up with no repercussions for lawsuits.

The mandate was strictly for private companies of over 100 employees.

It's not a coincidence that Nike put that report of firing unvaccinated employees on the day that the Supreme Court ruled against the mandate. They were well aware of it and went ahead with their decision anyways as OSHA gave them immunity to do so with no repercussions.

I have no feelings on this one way or another

America gonna America

Freedumb and all that bullshyt
I don’t either but I’m sitting back trying to see how I can come up off of this with a pay increase/promotion if they lay people off. If they ever do implement it I hope they give people a chance to get vaccinated first.

Glad it got struck down. Talk about Federal government overreach.
:ehh:

Either let Congress pass a damn law or let private businesses decide individually what they want to do. That way employees can vote with their feet if they want to work for a company with a mandate or not.

The notion that unvaccinated health care workers should be anywhere near patients is an alarming negligent belief.

Its not about who is more at risk or taking care of yourself. Its about the safety of the patient by any means necessary while minimizing the risk from the hospital.
so a covid free unvaccinated worker is a bigger risk to patients and should lose their job but an asymptomatic covid positive worker is allowed to work ? :ohhh:

I mean this is what the CDC is essentially saying :yeshrug:

does this mean businesses cant ban unvaxxed? or businesses can't force employees to get it?
states and cities can set their own rules.

In areas like FL where it is banne, businesses will get fined for requesting vaccines from workers. The opposite is true in NYC where businesses must enforce the vaccine mandate.

Doesn't matter as companies are going to enforce the mandate anyways. The Biden Administration was well aware that it wasn't going to pass by how long they took to craft the guidelines. They just needed to put the threat out there to scare employers to enforcing it.

It's amazing people didn't look at the bigger picture and realize what was going on.

This isn't true at all. :mjlol:

Maybe for Mickey Mouse companies. The corporation (Fortune 500) I work for, needs as many employees as possible, to get industrial product out the door. They're shook this shyt was gonna get passed, and they might have to mandate. A shytload of staff is not vaccinated, nor fukkin wit that shot. I'm vaccinated, so I could give a fukk. They're a lost cause.:yeshrug:

They're taking surveys/headcounts now, to determine whose vaccinated, and who isn't, because they know they're in trouble, if this mandate passes. They wanted employees to start uploading they're vaccination cards this week. A lot of ppl are not vaccinated (and are riding this shyt to the wheels fall off, and a lot will resign/quit on their square). Upper-mangagement is literally :lupe: waiting for this decision.

I'm sure tomorrow, those cacs will be on some...:myman::smugfavre::smugbiden:

Cut the bullshyt breh. A lot of employees are going to cave in and get the vaccine just like other employees who take that particular stance and the ones who don't are going to be a miniscule number :mjlol:
