Trump is deadass deconstructing the idea of what the president can and cannot do and how the courts respond to his totalitarian approach to the office. He already won when they let him run for president after being a felon. So he can do pretty much anything now, in power, and wont face criminal prosecution.

He sets a new precedent with every stroke of a pen.

Theres something to be said about Jamming the courts with all these cases also . What is it for? I still cant grasp.

That “temporarily” wording sounds like back room plots on how to ease this in. Let’s say “temporarily” to see how much noise it generates.
