those so called men should be ashamed of themselves

Indeed, they should be ashamed.

Alot of brehs are too ashamed to admit that they grew up without someone who REALLY cared about them passing game down to them. It's understandable that most of us don't have parents will will pass don't anything that even resembles wealth down to us, but it would be great if there were fathers, uncles or mentors who passed some game along. Unfortunately, we don't get that. We get taught to not hit women, or go to college and get a good job, maybe how to cook, respect elders (even if they treat you like shyt), BUT what about the tools that you need to stay alive.

Often times we're not being taught finances, racial politics, socio-economic politics, importance of mental health, job-related politics + bullshyt and a sense of pride that we naturally have the ability to generate. Our folks are just happy with us not dying at a young age and getting a job, and later giving them grandchildren. With the exception of kids that are great at sports at a young age, no one is getting that push to do better and they're not being told that theyre special or have the capacity to be great.

So a dude like Tariq giving the game out is fine by me and if he sells a book or a DVD, so be it. Let that man cook and make some money. We, many times, feel like its offensive deep in our souls to see another brother make money in a non-athletic, non-music, non-c00nish platform. shyt, take his template, remix it and find a way to make your own. In present day, being a hater and an attention whore is the root of our own personal failures because we don't have people out here to grab us by the neck the second we start fukking up, and then lacing us with game. Sadly, we have to go thru a whole obstacle course of failure and despair before we wanna get our shyt together. And along the way we think its cool to shyt on the ones elevating their minds, not having kids early, not drinking/smoking or turning up excessively.

Neely wasn't in any HC's you picky c*nt, the point is that @bdizzle discovered Neely because Tariq gives him so much respect over all these years.

Crawl back into your hole.

You've become worse than you started. I can't believe the type of bitter bytch you're acting like right now

his post says that he discovered neely via a Tariq film, I'm just trying to figure out which one, maybe Tariq mentioned neely in one of them.

Dudes in here had the audacity to say "well its only $500 he donated" :dead:

Bruh, thats $500 x at least 20 different instances that he's recorded alone...not even including shyt he did that he didn't tell anyone about like paying bail for protesters, Dr. Ben's elderly home bills, and francis cress welsing's funeral costs.

:mindblown:

this. shyt a funeral alone these days is like $10,000-$15,000 and thats not even counting the repass and the food, etc.

at some point we gotta just stop fukking with brehs who refuse to be on the same page with the collective. You think all of these CACs like/love each other? HELL NO, but they are on the same page and stick to the damn script

They can't teach what they don't know.

Also I don't understand people who get upset for the man trying to make some paper along the way. Its America the most capitalistic place in the history of mankind:mindblown:. He should be trying to make some money a long the way.

Breakfast Club should know first hand that voting and getting people in authority to act without economic backing means absolutely nothing :comeon:...they see it first hand EVERYDAY in the radio/music industry....you think the radio is playing songs based on voting and demand from fans? :comeon: hell no!! :mjlol:...those same 10 songs that they play every hour are backed by hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of FUNDING :comeon:

Chill on Envy yall. At the end of the day he was part of the team that brought Dame, Umar, Boyce, Louis, dikk and Tariq and they are working on bringing Claude Anderson to the biggest Black radio platform of our age group.

Please respect each of them especially their boss Envy who this wouldn't be possible without.

As for agents like @Matt504, please ignore him. I remember when homie was one of my favorite posters but it's clear he's paid to post here by the feds. Snake

Great interview...I just posted this in the comment section regarding not voting

Tariq just gave us the blueprint on how to get politicians on our side. Black people have to stop handing over their votes without getting something in return. We should look at Political elections as a negotiation process. If you want us to help you become President, you need to do this & that specifically for me and my people. Now we'll break you off some paper and help you get into that comfortable office chair in White House, but you have to follow up on all of our demands. That strategy seems way more tactical and effective than just throwing your vote in a cardboard box and hoping he or she will look out for you.
