Wealthy donors and tax payers keep Museums operating. The idea that an individual can open and run a legit museum is absurd. Same with Umam’s school. The acquisition of the actual physical building for either a school or a museum is just one part of the equation. It’s not even the most important part. A solid business plan is the foundation of all successful businesses. That’s why serious entrepreneurs pitch ideas based on business plans and not buildings.

But they never intended to complete these projects as pitched anyway. TN is going to end up with a janky storefront pop up “museum” for a fraction of the cost and pocket the rest.
