Tariq really only has two options.
:hubie:

-Return all of the money to each and every individual who donated.

-Find another plot/property that’s similar to the initial location that was intended. This includes providing receipts and being transparent about the costs AND price for the other property.

*Once the property is purchased (whether it’s the original Crenshaw or not), he should be providing receipts to those who’ve donated regardless. It isn’t wise to do in the beginning or before the paperwork is official because people would definitely try to sabotage the museum. But he’s gonna have to show some docs or statements eventually. I’m talking showing the exact costs and where every dollar is going.
:yeshrug:

I didn’t donate because I felt like he was crowdfunding to build an asset (the museum) that would primarily only provide HIM with even more wealth. Who’s going to be on the deed/title? Who/what is going to own that museum and property exactly? Besides the necessary maintenance (employees, taxes and bills included), who’s going to pocket the admission fees? Who do all of the artifacts belong to?

I’d love to see it built though. I’ll definitely be visiting if it’s accomplished and completed. It just isn’t going to be built on my dime and in these circumstances. Won’t catch me donating to build generational wealth for someone else’s children when I have my own that I currently bust my ass to provide for.

@Hiphoplives4eva is the biggest Tariq nasheed Stan on this site. He has the most posts on Tariq nasheed then any other poster.

I too have questioned why he always knows so much about Tariq and so fast. It’s really creepy that men put so much energy into another man that doesn’t even know they exist.
i swear when we were watching Saturday morning cartoons this nikka was stanning tariq. And I'm in my thirties:mjlol:

straight weirdo shyt

All these nikkas are his FANS

black love, unity, and music
So he has a white man as a go-between yet he's talking to property manager on the phone himself and he's just now finding out the price is $4.5 million :mjpls:

I would've expected him to already have that information before the fundraising but you know... :sas2:

Are you trying to inmate that Tariq may have used said funds for lavish vacations and vehicles instead of said museum?

You sound like an immigrant….

Great post. Myself and a lot of other posters brought up your concerns that I bolded and we got called haters, immigrant tethers, and all kinds of stuff. It’s apparently illegal to ask questions when things are looking fugazi. It’s the classic Pastor-congregation dynamic. Close your eyes, hold your nose, and do what he tells you.

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
This is my whole point from day 1. Nothing wrong with wanting and building a museum, but folks really trust this guy with their money to get it done, and he has no background in acquiring commercial property and running a business that has multiple dimensions involved with it. I just couldn't see him doing it and still can’t.

Here he is trolling about doing business with white people, when white people own or control 99% of things in America.

nikkas clown Umar allll day about the school, but Tariq gets a pass because he sells DVDs. Foh with that, this is why black people lose at the end of the day. We’re too emotional with certain things, and charlatans like Tariq know how to capitalize off that emotion and get money out of them in the process.
If this turns into 5 years down the line and people still asking bout “where’s the museum”, it’s gonna be the end of his chapter.

he better follow image to the T. Get some shytty building in 4 years, take another 4-5 getting it ready, take another 4-5 getting it approved, take another 4-5…………..

He basically stole his whole idea

Pathetic.

Either he can't afford the land or he never intended to purchase it.

His followers will believe the excuses lol

He can’t afford the land as the majority of the million raised would have to go to the political side of things to even get the plan started. It takes a lot of money, bribes and political friends to make those type of dreams happen that he just doesn’t have.

Yeah…I fukk with Tariq heavy and have no problem purchasing his content and merchandise, but I’m not donating to any of his business ventures, ESPECIALLY not a museum. Why donate for a film and then end up donating again when you have to purchase it? No disrespect, but that just feels off to me.
:francis:

Cult fanbases and die hard loyalists do it all of the time if they really want to see something produced. Not me though. Let me know when it’s done and I’ll buy it then. That’s how I show support.
