Literally all of Bryan's losses since he became a main eventer have been because he got caught slipping . Say what you want about the product as a whole, but I think creative has done a fairly good job of booking Bryan in matches outside of the Rumble.

won't matter because the crowd won't let them have a good match. That's what Brock vs Goldberg was supposed to be and we saw what an unhappy crowd did to that match. Ambrose, Bryan, and Ziggler are the three most popular guys in the sport and management has spent the last 8-10 months trying to kill their heat and has none of them anywhere near an important match or even on the card right now, let alone the main event. It's part of why they try to avoid MSG crowds and rarely go to philly or chicago
