Oh yeah, Reigns/Lesnar has disaster written all over it if they don't book a perfect buildup for WM. I thought tonight's match was going to make Roman look legit in front of every type of fan but the crowd didn't let the match be the classic it needed to be.

The bomb-throwing sprint is what I want to see because that's what suits them the best to give us a good match but you are right, it does present a whole bunch of problems booking wise.

This is the e. They can't be trusted to book right. I mean punk never got to headline the show but the miz did? to get bryan in last year it took the crowd literally shytting on everything all night for months no matter who was out there. It's almost as if they're actively trying to see what will drive away the most customers.

Im sure Bryan will get another title run this year, im looking forward to seeing how this year plays out honestly. It seems like he's the only 1 they're sticking with their plans with (good and bad plans albeit) but they have been trying to be consistent out of the matches they want Bryan in, So dont be surpised if we get another Bryan/Sheamus feud this year

I expect it. That pasty ginger is a crowd killer so I would be shocked if the two aren't paired together.

And the WWE is failing now..they are gushing money and had to put out a spin number because they didn't want to do those configurations for those January fall throughs. And Bryan can be anywhere on that card..he'll still be the best thing at a lackluster WM 31.

No one is saying that.. Usually in these type of matches both guys kick out of finishers but Reigns kicked out of the knee while it only took one spear to put Bryan down.

I'm not sure that this would've happened even if it was in front of a better crowd.

Yes, a better crowd would have made this look more legit, but the fact that Reigns is getting split (mostly negative) reactions in front of Midwestern and Southern crowds is really disconcerting. It's one thing for Northeastern and even West Coast crowds to shyt on Reigns. But when you have the Midwesterners and the now the Southerners giving him those same types of reactions, then you have a real problem on your hands.

Those are WWE crowds, not "smark" crowds, giving him those reactions. The SmackDown crowd I was in a couple of weeks ago had more kids than I've ever seen at an event in it (proportionally), and he still got a heavy split reaction. That can't be discounted, even considering how awful the Memphis crowd was tonight.

Did he get the best chance to shake that stigma off tonight? Absolutely not (as I said, this could have made him in front of a better crowd). But even in front said better crowd, I'm not sure this problem gets alleviated. They might really have to have Brock go over/Seth cash in and reset the Reigns push if they want to get anything out of him as a babyface. Otherwise, this guy's going to end up Sheamus 2.0, except with worse results for his heat and character.

This. every single face gets the cena/sheamus booking which turns the crowd on them for the wrong reasons, and then causes them to fail as heels too. this is why nobody really is over anymore.
