Y’all were just didn’t have anybody as good as Alcantara. He could be a front of the rotation starter. He’s too wild right now but he throws 100 mphWtf, why weren't my Giants involved then
No way Machado isn’t gonna test free agency. Especially since he’s coming off a bad year. He could potentially get 300 Million and play in NY.
If they can’t sign him they shouldn’t do it then, unless the price is severely devalued due to rental. Orioles are doing this one winter too late
Supposedly, the O's have several legit offers on the table for Manny. I have zero confidence that this ownership/FO is going to do the right thing. As slowly/deliberately as they move, I can see half those offers being pulled off the table. And the other half won't be deemed nearly good enough.
So they'll probably wind up keeping him (under the pretense of "competing" one more year before everyone leaves) and watch him walk after the season for nothing. I can see it a mile away.

Anywhere but Chicago for Machado 
The new motto. I like the Pineda signing for next year but more proof the Twins gonna Twin and look for decent talent at a discount due to a down year or injury.
I don't think the Twins will make the playoffs this year but I'd like this team to make some moves that help them compete this year and going forward.

Considering what Chicago will have to give up and how far away that player would be, that doesn’t make it worth it
