Hopefully the Nats/Dodgers get together. That's an even series besides the pen. Could see the Nats blowing a late lead in every game they lose.

On paper, the Astros should win it all but shyt happens in the playoffs. One bad start by JV or Cole and they'll be on their heels.

Everything lined up perfect for me to watch the Indians @ A's for the wild card. With the White Sox and Nats left I figured we would close it out. Even got Wednesday off a few weeks back. Slightly disappointing to finish the season like that. Hopefully our SPs come back healthy next year. If they do then

Gotta see if we get Puig and Reyes back for at least 1 more year

They played in a trash division with 3 below.500 teams with huge negative run differentials. The only good team in that wakk division Oakland 11-8 vs the Astros including winning 6 out the last 8

I don’t see them going thru a a’s/rays,Yankees and dodgers gauntlet to win the World Series. Y’all gonna learn real soon.

What was their record against .500+ teams when JV/Cole started? If those two throw like Unit/Schilling, they're gonna win it all. If they slip up, they could get bounced in the DS.

edit if they get past the alds , I think they'll go to the ws

baez better get extended, I'd be pissed if they trade baez he was 3rd in drs and 3rd in defensive war only behind ahmed and story and that was by 1-2 tenths

FYI Braves had the most wins against teams with .500 record or better.

On paper we suppose to win it all.
I can go on and on about stats. But none it matters in the post season.

That was my thoughts as well. Or they are staggering out those leftovers with other playoff starts should we make it deeper in the tournament.

They usually sell left overs at fan fest. I’m guessing this will be a good way to get more and more people at the juice box. Everything will help to try and extend Cole.

I been saying this , cub fans don't want to hear it dude stays injured, is arguably the most non clutch good hitter I ever watched in my life and will be 30 years old when he hits free agency in 2 years

trade his ass for a young tor starter and bullpen pitcher, re-sign castellonas and get a stop gap at 3b like donaldson and we good

and try to go after betts to lead off(trade schwarber,a couple good prospects like abbot and patterson to boston) , he's gonna get 25-30 mil in arbitration and will be a fa after 2020 his trade market won't be that big imo

I really thought Schwarber was gonna get traded after the WS. His value was high and he was destined to be a DH. I actually wanted him to DH for us.

Bryant Vaule might be a little low so theo could hold off since teams might try and buy low.

They shouldn’t unless they are getting a haul and some ML pieces that can help this squad. Báez is what I wanted in Correa.
