I went to the cages today for the first time in about a year and a half. It was a truly humbling experience. Those young kids were out there raking, and my swing was so washed.

Close your fkn stance, that left foot is out in the wilderness for no reason, stop winding the bat up after every swing and get set earlier, drive your body into the ball don’t just swing to make contact
Also pivot your right foot on the follow through, it’s staying flat after your swing.
