When people name the most sorriest franchises in sports, the Mariners somehow escape that discussion. Four playoff appearances in 43 years (and those came in a 7 year span). Not one World Series appearance. Currently have the longest playoff drought in not just baseball, but North American sports. And now 21-1. Just disgusting.
