The offense put them in position to win the game multiple times. The defense and special teams lost the game. Making the OC the scapegoat would be crazy. You can't tell the players that you're serious about winning after that. It's more about the front office saving face because they extended the coach than doing what's right.

I'm not sure now that it was Harbaugh or someone in the organization behind the hit piece that came out so if I'm Lamar I'm demanding out. They're wasting his time.
No doubt in my mind if they run it back again the season will start bad and the players will quit on Harbaugh. It’ll be something like the 2010 Vikings.
Harbs has to go. Yea the team has some obvious holes especially at o line and pass rush but so many times over the years they are clearly the best team on the field and they find a way lose. They need a culture change asap. So much talent has been wasted over the past several seasons

Roquan needs to go. I’ve never seen an all pro fall off so fast and this nikka is supposed to be in his prime. I’d rather see Buchanan and Simpson back there next season then any variation with him in it

I actually think Marlon would be a good safety at this point in his career. He’s much better when the game is in front of him. I’d try to slide him right into the position about to be vacated by Gilman

But if he doesn’t agree to a pay cut hit the bricks
:camby:

All in all this team has enough talent to be right back in the mix next season but they gotta get over those mental hurdles and I beleive that starts with replacing Harbaugh
This is what I’ve been telling people and what I was getting at in that video of all their season ending losses. It’s been 18 years of them losing because they aren’t prepared or they make some catastrophic mistake in the big moment. There’s only one constant in that span and it’s long past time for him to go. I can only think of one coach or executive to overstay their welcome longer than he has. You can’t ask the fans to keep coming back when it ends the same way every time.

Been wanted us to trade for Ruiz

Guards
Peter Skoronski (Titans)
Kevin Zeitler (Titans)
Cesar Ruiz (Saints)

DT
Dexter Lawrence (Giants)
Jeffery Simmons (Titans)
Quinnen Williams (Jets)

Edge/DE/OLB
Will McDonald IV (Jets)
Bradley Chubb (Dolphins
Jaelan Phillips (Dolphins)

5 day advantage by playing Thursday....EDC get it done

Not sure how realistic it is....get one of each
If we can only get 2....1 guard and 1 DT

Speaking of Louisiana....Emery Jones outplayed both starting guards AGAIN

Its so nasty
Last 2 weeks greenlit hit pieces on Lamar
Today, using Lamar's injury as an excuse to keep his job, WHILE failing to protect him based on the level of play with the offensive line

This is the difference between good and bad coaching. 1-8 as a favorite in a divisional matchup with 2 de facto playoff games in those 8 losses over a 6 year span should get you fired. Seriously, why is this guy bulletproof? He does nothing well. Nothing whatsoever.

Harbaugh will somehow survive this...I'm scared

Say what you want about Nick Wright, but not many people(Maybe SAS) would come out and basically say that Harbaugh was the one behind the hit pieces on Lamar. He defended Lamar's response to being asked about whether or not Harbaugh should be bought back next year by saying those hit pieces are playing a part in his answer. Said Lamar is smart enough to know where it's coming from.

I listen/watch a few sports shows, most of them that covered that Lamar response didnt say shyt about the hit pieces being from Harbaugh. Rex Ryan bytch ass was kicking Lamar back in about the response.

usually they come out the day after our season ends and says Harbaugh is returning so the fact that we havent heard anything is a positive sign

I dont think they want to fire him, they'll try to part ways without firing him

trading him is an option but thats gonna have to happen pretty quickly

I think the playoff coaches cant do in person interviews until after the championship games so they have a couple weeks

if a trade doesnt happen he'll either "retire" and then coach elsewhere next year or just mutually agree to part ways

I think hes gonna be gone though

If he were staying I think Orr wouldve gotten fired today

we'll know in the next couple days
