He opened the year costing them the Buffalo game with a missed point after in a game they lost by 1 at the buzzer and closed the year costing them the north with a missed field goal while down by 2 at the buzzer. You can’t run it back with him.

Assuming we have competent people making the decision....we absolutely can't

Ideally trade
But if we can't trade restructure smh
aint nobody trading for those contacts :heh:

plus we get more cap space by cutting them with a post June 1st designation

we get 39 mill in cap space by cutting those 2 bums

they both gotta go

cant have your highest paid players always play bad in big games

its no way they bring that bum ass kicker back

his trash ass been kicking the ball; out of bounds all year and he hasnt him a FG over 50 yards

then he misses a 40 yarder with the season on the line smh

Can't trust a kicker who REPEATS the same mistake....
Gave the Steelers a free 35 yards for the game winning touchdown

This gonna be what happens with Baltimore every year until they get back to basics.

They need Dudes up front on both sides of the ball especially defense. Until they get them leads will never be safe. Gotta be able to move people up front to salt away games

we lost but that was a great fukking game

all of our flaws were on full display tonight

Oline was ass, pass rush was ass, secondary was ass,Loop was

we got alot of work to do in the offseason

hopefully that start with getting rid of Harbaugh

Well said....
It's been "fukk Lamar" for so long that it took the haters 3 full seasons (tonight) for them to realize our defense is overrated and we have no pass rush.
They only saying it now because Collisworth said it lol

Ive never been a fan of Raheem as a DC

I dont like his scheme

its better options out there

damn near anybody is a upgrade over Orr tho

He's not particularly impressive when you compare him to Fangio/Macdonald/Spags

But I think if he had the same personnel the Ravens have, he would have had yall at least Top 15 in most relevant rankings and been able to alleviate pressure on the offense.

Orr not anywhere close to being a competent DC with how lost the defense looks and how often they be yelling at the sideline for answers. Maybe in a couple of years, but he needed to go back to just being a LB coach.

If Harbaugh got fired tomorrow, who would be a good HC for us?
Saleh? Flores? Ravens need to go back to being a defensive juggernaut imo :manny:
Shannon has told stories a few times of Ray just telling the offense to just get 10-13 points and the defense will handle the rest. Get back to that.

Either way, yall need a HC that does something. Harbaugh isnt a Offense or Defensive guru and he isnt a culture guy.

I think the perfect scenario for the Ravens would be fire Harbaugh/Orr/OC and Mike McDaniels(if he gets fired) as OC with Defensive guru as HC OR McDaniels as HC with Saleh/Flores as DC.

Saw someone say Raheem Morris is a good DC, should be an upgrade over Orr and if he works out, you probably dont ever have to worry about him leaving for a HC position again.

the focus this offseason needs to be on improving in the trenches on both sides of the ball

we have other needs like safety, pass rusher, and a 3rd WR but the main focus should be on getting better in the trenches
^^^made this post after we lost to the Bills in the playoffs

dead last in money spent on the oline

dead last in money spent on WR

but hey let keep dumping resources into the defense :beli:

if we draft a CB or a fukking safety in the 1st round we're gonna get the same results we keep getting every year

the theme of this draft should be improving in the trenches on both sides of the ball and adding offensive depth

we had to play multiple playoff games with Steven fukking Sims and Anthony Miller getting snaps at WR but nikkas talking bout drafting a damn safety :snoop:

didnt we just add 2 rookie safeties last year that we didnt use at all?

didnt we just draft TJ Tampa last year and not use him at all?

why tf do we need to keep adding depth at positions where we already have young players who havent even played yet

shyt makes no sense

^^^made this post like 2 weeks before the draft

it was obvious we needed to improve in the trenches and they did nothing

we ended up being worse than last year

we dont invest in the trenches or at receiver

I want DeCosta gone just as much as I want Harbaugh gone cause dude has no idea how to build a team

lets see if they finally invest in the offense this offseason(they wont)

Im calling it now,we're gonna draft a pass rusher in the 1st round and a middle linebacker in the 2nd :beli:

they'll wait til the 4th or 5th round to draft oline and WR

If we hire an offensive guy I want Klint Kubiak. My 2nd chose would be Joe Brady

if we go defense I like Jesse Minter

personally I'd hire a offensive coach because I know he would persuade DeCosta to invest more in the offense
