Harbaugh - More pay and roster control for a team in a bigger market

Monken - Went from OC to head coach after getting fired (has this ever happened before?)

Lamar - Pending new contract and a part of coaching hires.

All three ended up leveling up as far as money and status.

looks like Webb will either get the Raiders job or stay in Denver and get promoted to OC

if Doyle decides to stay with the Bears we’re fukked

Kingsbury for 1 year might not be the worst thing if he’s willing to adapt and adjust when needed. He helped get JD and Washington to the NFC title game and apparently JD and other players on offense didn’t want him to leave

I think the offense can work itself out. It’s the game management and untimely mistakes that need to be fixed.

I feel you The fact that it’s reported that Lamar wants him yet after his initial interview for HC we haven’t heard anything else means they probably are looking at other options too.

I'm not ever sure the report that Lamar wants him is 100%. If feels like it was Kingsbury's camp putting the idea out there to try build up interest. I didn't hear too much about Kliff for any of the OC jobs and the fact that he's still available tells me a lot.
