Pauls Boutique is a classic, dont care who says what on the subject. shyt was a sampling masterpiece, and aside from that album I never really messed with the Beasties aside from a few of their bigger singles, which can be fun drinking music in the right setting

It's mainly a cult classic because of the style of sampling. The album was not getting critical acclaim like that when it came out. It got it years later. Nonetheless it's still a dope azz album.

Fair. but I can tolerate their wack delivery better on Intergalactic than "Paul Revere".
The fact that they never updated their delivery always irked me. Like c'mon 
Always respected them because they were humanitarians and seemed like genuinely good dudes. Put on the Free Tibet festivals, spoke out against racial injustices, very involved in various creative ventures without being whores etc. Even tho the music was mostly corny

Listening to Paul Revere.... geez what a beat. You can't be mad when something super ill like "A Milli" goes to Wayne and be cool with how the Beastie Boys rapped on Paul Revere.
