I know quite a few middle class blacks who gained and established secondary income after the recession(i.e. Build wealth). It was damn near criminal it was so easy to get a SBA loan as a minority in the last 8 yrs.

Have decent not great credit
Have a business plan
Be organized

Visit your local urban league for help brehs.

If you don't have enough bread, get with people of like minds and start an investment group. nikkas eating out here.

I know many who had issues getting a SBA loan. Myself being one. By that way years ago. What we need is think tanks. Not all of us got Bill Gates ideas and not all of us know who to work with and who not to work with. Seriousness is vital in wealth creation. This is something to won't read in the Wealth Choice or any Pick yourself up by the bootstrap book.
