Been at it over 10+ years
Flipped over 50 cars
Any advice, questions or what you’re working on now can post here
(Working on getting my YouTube channel going soon)
Can tell you what to look for, best deals, what to stay away from and etc

Was gonna do an AMA but not gonna be selfish on the topic.
If someone else has some good info to share go ahead
:feedme:

Have you ever sold a car to an out of state buyer, like on Bring a Trailer? Or do you do mainly local sales?

You have a dealers license or you just don’t sign the titles?
Not yet on license, it’s a process and need to hit certain requirements like
Enclosed office
At least 2 spaces
Bond etc

Depending on your state there’s ways around everything.
For instance in FL you can sell 3 cars per year without a license, your wife can sell 3, your cousin can sell 3.
That’s 9 cars per year you can legally sell

As far as open title, I don’t recommend doing it but sometimes you got to do what you have to do

Lady at the DMV told me I can sell up to six cars a year that I made profit on a without a license but that was in 2018. I was selling mad cars but never actually never showed a profit on the cars I actually had to transfer over.

Mainly local, I stick to $500-10k cars so less of a hassle

Cool. I was just curious how people handle the remote buying and selling or importing. California has a lot more used cars for sale than Arizona but I feel like there are so many opportunities to get scammed with remote buying/selling.

That was Florida, Seminole County Dmw. I was there registering a car and I asked because I had already "gave" away four cars that year

Yeah there are a lot of scammers out there but if you do your due diligence and get it from somewhere established nationally like a car max or caravana etc there’s more protections
