ya I seen that madness…corner houses are susceptible to that shyt tho depending on the kind of traffic they get in the area smh

My wife's uncle flips cars. He pulled up on me the other day while I was working on mine and said he was going to one auction down the street and that he was going to try and find a car there and bring it to a different auction to have them sell it at. That way he doesn't really do much work at all outside of moving it to a new location lol.

Wholesaling, there’s money in that for now because dealers are/were short on inventory.

Only downside to that is if you have a wholesale license you can only sell to other dealers, you can’t sell to an individual off the street

I don’t trust mechanics here, that’s why I had to teach myself

Did this for about 15 years and then had kids so I got out of the game. Made about $30k over 25 or so cars, all vw/Audi/bmw since I would keep them a few months, fix them up and tune them to learn more about the car, then flip for a hefty profit.

Also do a lot of trades where they give me a car with cash on top to someone who wants to upgrade and etc
-whatever price range you are comfortable with
I stick to below 10k
-I try to stick to 1week between purchase and sale, after a week I’ll lower asking price
(this gives time to fix any issues, tune up, detail and listing it)
-I do a pre purchase inspection, test drive visual check and scan any codes it may have
-all depends on your market, fb marketplace is hands down the best for selling
You can also put for sale on it and park by a busy intersection
I’d stay away from malls because with so many people and no one really paying attention, your car can get stolen if it’s just parked there all day
