Not yet on license, it’s a process and need to hit certain requirements like
Enclosed office
At least 2 spaces
Bond etc

Depending on your state there’s ways around everything.
For instance in FL you can sell 3 cars per year without a license, your wife can sell 3, your cousin can sell 3.
That’s 9 cars per year you can legally sell

As far as open title, I don’t recommend doing it but sometimes you got to do what you have to do
:manny:
:camby:
All jokes aside get a dealers license.

How you get yo cars? Do you buy “junk” cars?

Yeah you got to space them out can’t do all in a short time frame or you get on the radar
Yea they weren't tripping at all. But I buy so many cars I rarely transfer the title into my name because I can have them sold in a week or two.

My method isn’t recommended unless you are handy and mechanically inclined

I buy offerup/fb/Craigslist or referralls
(If you know someone with non running car)

They aren’t junk but non running at the moment wether it’s starter, fuel issue alternator, and etc

I diagnose whatever it is, make sure title is good and figure out if it a go or not

Only things I stay away from
Rebuilt/salvage/missing title
Head gasket issues
Transmission issues
Frame damage

Everything else can be fixed and or parted out

How much to get in? You ever do any luxury or exotics?
Depends on if you are doing the work yourself, can start off with a couple grand

Nah it’s too much risk for me and the returns aren’t as good for the money you would have to put out.

Eventually I will when I get my dealership established

Broward/Miami is the spot for this but pretty risky cuz dudes selling lemons left and right.

A 2008 Camry for cheap and a quick fix is a decent profit especially with new car prices being absurd right now. If you got the capital that's a good lick.

A decent mechanic is key cuz too many dudes selling lemons man.

🤣 that’s where I learned everything and was based out of. Also why I know exactly what to look for
Hit up upullit/lkq and you can find any part you need
I don’t trust mechanics here, that’s why I had to teach myself

My wife's uncle flips cars. He pulled up on me the other day while I was working on mine and said he was going to one auction down the street and that he was going to try and find a car there and bring it to a different auction to have them sell it at. That way he doesn't really do much work at all outside of moving it to a new location lol.

I know how to drive but idk shyt about cars in general. Can i still get into this?
Yeah of course, you just need a mechanic you can trust
Do your research before you buy and you should be ok
But always remember that people lie to make a sale so never take someone’s word on what a car needs. Do your own inspection
