4:44 had alot of good moments, but he sounds in his element on most of these songs. his flow is back to where he was in his Watch The Throne days. something tells me this wasn't recorded recently. maybe around the time Magna Carta was recorded, since there is a song with Beyonce on that album as well.

If I'm spending my money I'd prefer it go to Bey and Jay over some silicon valley cats or some cats in Sweden. At least I know those two are somewhat committed to throwing some back into the people.

I fukks with Tidal over Spotify all day. I usually let my music game get and build up like 6 months worth of releases before I listen, so it's not really worth it to keep a monthly sub for me

Not bad.
I’m not usually a fan of the Jay Z & Beyonce collaborations (other than Part II: On the Run, and 03 Bonnie & Clyde), they suck, and this album is about the same.
Their subject matter is always dry, this improves just slightly on it.

Definitely worse than each of their last individual albums, but the production is phenomenal.
