Jay really did his thing with this album. I also prefer this album to 4:44 as well. I agree with the people in here who said he sounded more focused. He impressed me for sure.

4:44 had alot of good moments, but he sounds in his element on most of these songs. his flow is back to where he was in his Watch The Throne days. something tells me this wasn't recorded recently. maybe around the time Magna Carta was recorded, since there is a song with Beyonce on that album as well.
