Right. And if he does that its a win/win yet again since it would get more eyes on lower level shyt that people would otherwise not care about. The guy from this article has no business sense whatsoever.

Punk is going to get demolished on the lower level, too. Mickey Gall is directly from the lower level. He had all of 2 fights. Gall is literally the lowest level guy they could get for Punk that wasn't an amateur and had some kind of decent look to him. Gall himself will likely get smashed in his next fight. Only hardcores and Bad MMA connoisseurs are going to watch the type of shows Punk SHOULD be fighting on at his skill level.

Punk getting fukked up on a low level would be even more fukkery for us....first page TSC material easy. Its still a draw breh. Play it out until people get sick of it. You rather watch Joe Schmoe 1 vs Joe Schmoe 2 at a low level than an established star? OK

I can't even ever criticize punk because he is one of the very few people in the world who is not black.
That was counted out his entire life and socially subscribes to nuffin deemed edgy, cool or popular.
Plus shuns the very thing that socially creates heiracrchy in America for white people regardless of capital and that is drinking.
Yet punck should be an inspiration to any just normal guy to put forth extreme effort and try.

When you nikkaz get on in everything you like,...
Then you can critique punk.
Till then, I can't negatively critique the man.
As he is what every person should be trying to be and do.
Which is get some where, using nuffin.

Literally, people being overly demonstrative about a dude who defied every no ever placed in front of him.
Plus, used his sober mind to make it.

If cm punk is not an influence to you,...it is why you fail.

Low key, UFC "protected the business" by letting him get his ass BEAT

This. It really is this simple.

They ultimately cashed in on him and sent one hell of a message to athletes from other sports IMO.

Punk basically got stretched on live tv and while I admire his attempt

he's gotta get these memes, jokes, harsh articles and gifs like everyone else does. I get that.

To pull a decent buy rate for one of their not so stellar cards.

Reem is past it and cannot use PED's, Mr Rousey always loses to the elite level fighters.

In highsight, Dana should of put it on Fox, so everyone nationally could of seen the rape & pillage.
I mean it's just weird since he had no MMA background and was pretty much old and beaten up

Dude should do amateur or indy MMA. You can tell he's not ready for UFC. James Toney getting owned by Couture was the best one.

Of course he should be in the amateurs that was his initial plan (and still is) until Dana offered him a chance to fight on a UFC card, nobody will turn down that opportunity. Still I can't hate on a dude for going after his dream :manny:

That's basically what I'm saying. He got some cash for it and stepped in the cage. I do think he'll do amateur and indy MMA now. Probably some BJJ tournaments too.

This is where it loses me. Maybe I'm heartless and cynical at this point, but trying and effort aren't enough. Anything I do in life, I care about performance. Good intentions mean shyt.

If I shyt the bed at anything I take pride in like Punk did, I'd be (rightfully) humiliated. He tried really really hard, that I don't doubt. But he also stunk the joint out.

2 years of people's time, effort, advice, money for THAT. No feel good Rocky, pick yourself up speech is making up for that shyt.

For two years, TWO, he got to train in MMA. Then his fukking ass his lit. Dude has friends yeah, but his life is about to enter a living hell with his lawsuit. His body is broken for wrestling. All that negative Karma bout to crash down on him like a wave, so his entrance was basically the start of the end.
