I don't mind Eminem, I actually embrace the early Em from 98-2004. Dude was lethal with his pen and is still 1 of the best lyrically by far. But when we allow these cacs with zero skill to invade the airwaves it's a slap in the face to the culture. Radio is basically saying there is no better song that deserved to be played at that moment.

Who markets and engineers that culture? Old Jewish guys. Labels have been appropriating artists cultural identities since majors starting dominating hip-hop. It's just gotten progressively worse. Hip-hop doesn't look like the music of the dispossessed anymore, its the music of hipster kids who download FL studio and like listening to Drake and Weezy while they get drunk at their friends house and whine about how hard high school is.
Either way, even if you toss aside every single white artist the above described system still leaves you with mountains of crap. Mackelmore and Eminem don't usually get play on urban stations anyway, so unless you think MTV Jams, a major label Viacom corporate entity is analogous to "hip hop culture" , than I don't know what you're arguing. Labels figured out white people buy most of their hip hop material already so naturally there is a flood of white artists getting undeserving play.
I'm on board with the spirit of what your saying. Azalea is wack as shyt, Macklemore is mostly terrible, and Chanel is part of the c00nery that is Cash Money/Young Money that already is disrespectful of hip-hop's culture. If hip-hop reclaimed the sort of feeling it used to have of strong cultural identity, it would be a massive improvement.
Some wack white dudes making white music for white people isn't really part of that problem though IMO.

I always said that once rap no longer became a form of rebellion that the Whites will take it over. The moment that rap commercially became all materialistic and vain was the moment it no longer rebelled the system. nikkas today sound like Republicans on the radio. The thing that appealed to "Lil Eric" living in the suburbs was the ghetto experience. That's the shyt that became the whites in the suburbs initial attraction to the culture. The moment that every radio song became devoted to materialism and women is when it opened the floodgates for the whites to get in the game and reproduce. As long was we was on our N.W.A, 2PAC, Ruff Ryders, G-Unit shyt we could keep them at bay because they couldn't replicate that. But the shyt that's on the radio now can be replicated by an Asian kid from Canada. I blame nikkas for that.
