The center position is looking better than it used to be back when Dale Davis was the best center in the East. Young centers like the underrated Greg Monroe, Cousins,Drummond keep getting better (hopefully Roy Hibbert gets his shyt together though). Of course the vets: Dwight, Gasol, Chandler, Jefferson, Varejao, Noah are still holding it down.
Then you got Alex Len, Noel, Austin, Steven Adams, Okafor coming up.

Noah and Horford are special? Neither of them are better than Willis, I don't understand why you have such a problem accepting the fact that centers from previous eras actually are better.
He would have a shot at being the best center in the league today, and that isn't even a joke. It's not hard to see that perimeter play is better today, but the 5s couldn't hold a candle to the ones 20 years ago.
