The old system would have had FSU and bama in the title and clearly they aren't the best teams
The committee got it right
In b4 tcu talk
So you comparing 12 yrs of BCS to 1 year of playoffs, that's fair.

some more
Da fuk u talking about
Bama and FSU would have been in the championship and they aren't the best 2 teams, so they got it right this year
Gosome more
So you comparing ONE year to a decade +. nah fam.

And they would have been wrong again this year

in b4 we need a 8-team playoff talk
ESPN said:
I agree but doubt we see it for awhilethis just proves it needs to be 8. can't dismiss teams and use bullshyt "expert" opinions to pick 4 teams. each P5 champ and the G5 champ plus 2 at larges. that's the only fair way to do it. the committee didn't even want to rank a G5 team until the last week and boise proved they belong. TCU could just as easily be playing in the championship game if the experts on the committee decided they were better than ohio state.
nikkas acting like the computers got it wrong every year and shyt.So you comparing 12 yrs of BCS to 1 year of playoffs, that's fair.
So why should the 3 at large get a mulligan if they weren't good enough to win their conference (or division for SEC west squads that would get the 8 seed)this just proves it needs to be 8. can't dismiss teams and use bullshyt "expert" opinions to pick 4 teams. each P5 champ and the G5 champ plus 2 at larges. that's the only fair way to do it. the committee didn't even want to rank a G5 team until the last week and boise proved they belong. 2 at large, boise won their conference. and 2 because it's an 8 team playoff. 6 doesn't make sense because you would be giving the top 2 seeds a bye. this isn't the pros where everyone pretty much plays the same schedule and teams earn their byes. this year proved that bama wouldn't have been more worthy of a bye than ohio state. college football is too subjective with the rankings to be giving teams advantages based on those rankings. So why should the 3 at large get a mulligan if they weren't good enough to win their conference (or division for SEC west squads that would get the 8 seed)
