I workout 4x a week for years now, so I’m gucci. Just need a beach to post up on :ehh:
Same way...5-7x a week

I live by the beach...however its seasonal. I typically hop on keto around march and stop end of august and it hasn't failed me yet.

Edit: when I mean 7x it means random days I do stairmaster for 45-hour and some auxiliaries...forearms, traps, curls, abs etc....I don't have an arm day cause my arms already got big from the compounds I do

This is how I typically look when I get a couple months in my cut....mfer I have no idea how to do embeds on this shyt

can somebody send me a link on a thread with the coding breakdown on imgs and shyt?

That's dope.
I'm trying to extend the days on my water fasts. Any suggestions?
Not sure if you do intermittent fasting but that’s a start, as well as making fasting in general a habit (Once a week is a good start).

When your body is used to it, becomes less of a struggle.

When I was trying to really get to the last 5-10 pounds, for 2 weeks I started Monday & Tuesday not eating for 20 hours, had my fruits/snacks/meals for 4 hours.

Wednesday to Friday did a water fast.

Saturday & Sunday watched the calories & ate small portioned food that wasn’t heavy.

Bouncing back from eating like crazy and being inactive for a while. Just want to add some muscle and get trim. That'll involve losing a few pounds, which will come off easy when I hit my rhythm with running, weights, and activities. Back on my plant-based eating and feel amazing. Getting my sleep and doing my best to take care of my body like I'm an athlete.

Gonna be a motherfukker when pool season rolls back around in earnest.

Got it. Yeah, it seems to get easier for me the more I do it. I'll just slowly increase the amount of days each time and see what happens.
