Brandon Knight is a good point guard though. Kyrie is better but Knight has made some huge improvements and is on his way to All-Star/elite PG level.

Calipari's system knows good point guards.

Well I never said Knight wasn't good, just that the weaknesses you're pointing out about Kyrie could also apply to Knight the player he's being compared to.

Brandon Knight is hella underrated. He was slept on due to the other Calipari PG's like Rose, Wall, and Tyreke and he unfortunately got turned into a punch line in his NBA career for trying to make a defensive play.

He's been one of the best offseason pickups lowkey
I always liked knight. He is a hard worker and humble. And a shame he tried to make the player work and got turned into a joke but if he just scurried out the way like a bytch nikkas woulda been like :yeshrug:

Knight's a pretty nice defender from what I've seen, he's better than Kyrie on that end for sure. Kyrie is just much more dynamic offensively to make up that deficiency though. They both really good, I just hate if people start shytting on Knight just to big up Kyrie

A more accurate comparison: Dion Waiters and Bojan Bogdanovic are essentially the same player -

Waiters: 9.3 ppg on 39% shooting, 2.1 apg, 3.1 rpg and 1.2 tpg
Bogdanovic: 9.1 ppg on 42% shooting, 0.9apg, 3.0 rpg and 1.1 tpg

I know you'll ignore this @Eye Cue 182 or come in hollering bullsh*t that doesn't matter, but these are the facts. Bottomline: Bojan Bogdanovic has worked at his game at a high level since he's been in the league. Dion Waiters has not. Their career trajectories have relefcted this, as Bojan is still ascending and Waiters has plateaued since his rookie season. Again... this post is another 'FACTS ONLY PRODUCTION'. I dont give a sh*t if you disagree. Show me stats proving I'm wrong. If this current Cavs team had Bojan Bogdanovic instead of Dion Waiters, they would be no worse of a team.

I'd give Knight the edge on defense but I don't think it's really significant. Regardless I'm not shytting on Knight, I like him he's one of the biggest reasons why the Bucks have been so fun to watch this year

Kyrie is not much more dynamic offensively... which is the point of the thread

Optimistic But I Got Hands Tho
Kyrie was one of the top 20 worst players in +/- last year

Oh I wonder what changed :stopitslime:

Kyrie plays a good portion of his minutes with LeBron and Love on the bench.

You know that because you watch the games.

You wanted data and I supplied it.

You just going to ignore the offensive and defensive ratings? :ehh:

Nothing beats the eye test, Brandon Knight has and will continue to get better

But Kyrie will always be the more dynamic player

That's why I always say ESPN got a lot of ppl brainwashed with all this analytical bs
when all you have to do is sit down and actually watch a game..Not highlights but the actual game
