Just like they were in high school.

Just like they were in college.

Same remains in the NBA.

I could lost post stats to prove this, but given my reputation, I shouldn't have to.

Bottomline: Brandon Knight has worked at his game at a high level since he's been in the league. Kyrie Irving has not. Their career trajectories have relefcted this, as Brandon is still ascending and Kyrie has plateaued since his rookie season.

Milwaukee essentially stole Brandon Knight from the Pistons.

I know you'll ignore this thread or come in hollering bullsh*t that doesn't matter, but these are the facts. Both are score first PGs who are solid but not spectacular playmakers. Kyrie is currently the better scorer, but not by much. Brandon is the better defender and leader.

The fact Kyrie Irving will be a max contract player going forward while Brandon Knight will be lucky to get 10 mill a year deal is OUTRIGHT laughable to me.

Again... this thread is another 'FACTS ONLY PRODUCTION'. I dont give a sh*t if you disagree. Show me stats proving I'm wrong. If this current Cavs team had Brandon Knight instead of Kyrie Irving, they would be no worse of a team.

Brandon Knight and Kyrie are still more valuable than Dion Scrub rock Waiters.

A more accurate comparison: Dion Waiters and Bojan Bogdanovic are essentially the same player -

Waiters: 9.3 ppg on 39% shooting, 2.1 apg, 3.1 rpg and 1.2 tpg
Bogdanovic: 9.1 ppg on 42% shooting, 0.9apg, 3.0 rpg and 1.1 tpg

Waiters tried to be the SG at th3 beginning of the season and failed.

Point still stands.

Kyrie gets his 30 and that's that. He needs to round up his game period. LeBron might also stunt his growth.

Bron won't stunt his growth.. He'll give him the oppurtunity to play in his first meaningful game since 2011 vs Arizona in the NCAA tourney..

If he puts forth more effort on defense and improves as a catch and shoot guy he can finally live out his potential of being this eras Joe Dumars..

I hope, because Bron was stopping the offense Melo style for a while there.

Funny how NOBODY likes to talk about this, but as soon as they started stringing some wins together, we get the revisionist historians saying how it was all Kyrie's fault - when in fact if you look back - Bron was handling the ball more than he was (higher usage rate, higher minute average of ball-in-hand and over twice the amount of turnovers).

Gotta co-sign with OP. Knight reminds me of Chauncey Billups not in terms of how they play but how they keep getting better every year. Knight got embarrassed so many times but he keeps getting back up and fighting, wouldn't surprise me one bit if he had the better career when it's all said and done.

I'm saying! Bron needs to become more of a shooter imo, only this will work. Kyrie is a damn good player, but I"m concerned Bron actually holding him back

Knight works extremely hard, has always been an absolute gym rat, and dude is super intelligent. I miss his sweet stroke nohomo at kentucky. Dude also has a clutch gene in him, he's hit multiple huge late game shots for them this year.
