Bron will never become a player that can play off the ball. Like it's been said many times, if you're a ball-dominant guard/wing and you aren't a competent shooter/cutter, you're basically useless playing next to Bron. The offense wouldn't work if Kyrie would assume the role of being the #1 guy, not because he's incapable of handling those duties, but because Bron is incapable of playing off the ball.

Yeah he may be holding Kyrie back from being the playing he can be, but I'm sure Kyrie himself would trade being the #1 guy and reaching his ceiling on a good team with no Championship, for a chance to play on a contender without the opportunity to realize his potential nine times out of 10.
