Smart Guns are the biggest crock of shyt ever..the thing that supposedly makes them safe, would most likely be the reason they won't work when you need them too.

California banned Tec-9's and Mac 11's... but they failed to realize those are simply names, and not guns...so clones and variants are still able to be made.

if you ban the AK-47, what about the AK-74? What about the Mini 30?

Something has to be done, but banning guns isn't going to cut it to be frank. It's the emotional spiel right now but it doesn't solve the problem. Furthermore, what are they going to do with all the guns in rotation already. I wouldn't surrender any of my guns and I don't expect the rednecks with 10x the guns I have to be ready to surrender theirs either.

Also, most of the people who commit mass shootings "don't know how to shoot".
