I plan on buying more soon. I bought a house in December, Im closer to ranges and country I plan on getting my AR next month. I'm buying the lower receiver then piecing it together. What will banning the gun solve? I am all for a constructive answer to end mass shootings but it's generally the same few lazy ideas. One dude told me semi-automatic weapons should be outlawed. I didn't even argue with him because he obviously didn't know what he was talking about but opinions like that gain steam fast.

The barrel itself only provides for longer effective range, it doesn't add bonus damage points or anything like that.
